The South African LGBT+ Management Forum works with organisations, professionals, partners and stakeholders to move LGBT+ inclusion from intention into measurable, practical and sustainable action.

SAWEI is the Forum’s flagship benchmark, but the Forum’s work is broader than a single index. It includes research, resources, advisory engagement, convening, partnerships and sector development.
