Download the Report Visit Assessment Portal InfoSAWEI, the South African Workplace Equality Index, is the Forum’s flagship benchmark for LGBT+ workplace inclusion. It provides a structured way for participating organisations to assess how their policies, systems, governance, benefits, culture, learning, supplier practices and customer-facing processes support LGBT+ inclusion.
SAWEI is a long-term framework. Individual reports are cycle outputs. Each report reflects the evidence, cohort and context of a specific cycle. The methodology may evolve as law, evidence, workplace practice and community needs evolve, but the core purpose remains stable: to help organisations understand whether stated inclusion is translated into systems, evidence and consistent practice.
This directory is intended to help organisations, professionals, researchers and community stakeholders find practical material related to LGBT+ workplace inclusion, institutional practice, research, reporting and public-interest learning.
Resources listed here are reviewed before publication. A listing does not mean that the Forum endorses, verifies, guarantees or accepts responsibility for external resources, services, organisations or websites.
